Data collection
PurePaint does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or diagnostics. The app does not require an account and does not use tracking or advertising technologies.
PurePaint does not operate a server that receives your artwork, documents, settings, or other app data.
Information stored on your device
To provide core desktop features, PurePaint stores some information locally on your device. This can include application preferences, window and tool settings, recent-file references, and temporary recovery data used to help restore unsaved work after an interruption.
This local information is not sent to PurePaint or to third parties by the app. You can manage or remove local app data using the facilities provided by your operating system and the app.
Your files and clipboard
PurePaint accesses files when you choose to open, import, save, export, or print them. Your artwork remains in the locations you choose. PurePaint does not upload or sync your files to a cloud service.
When you explicitly use a paste command, PurePaint may read image or text content from your system clipboard so it can be placed on the canvas. The content is used locally by the app and is not transmitted by PurePaint.
System services and sharing
PurePaint may use operating-system services such as file dialogs, printing, clipboard access, and image codecs when you request those actions. Those services may have their own privacy practices, which are controlled by your operating system and the applications or devices you choose.
If you choose to share or send a file using another application or service, that sharing is initiated by you and is governed by the privacy policy of the service you select.
Security and retention
Because PurePaint does not transmit the information described above to us, we do not retain a copy of it on our systems. Local files, preferences, recent-file references, and recovery data remain subject to the storage and security controls of your device and operating system.
Children’s privacy
PurePaint does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. Since the app does not require an account or transmit personal information, no age-based account data is created by PurePaint.
Changes to this policy
If PurePaint’s data practices change, this page will be updated before or when those changes take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will identify the current version.

When you contact support by email, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and manage support correspondence. PurePaint itself does not collect these messages inside the app.
